Caribbean Stud Poker |
Caribbean Stud Poker, a variation of the traditional American Five-Card Stud Poker, is a very simple game to learn and play. Players bet against the house instead of each other.
To receive your cards you must make an opening bet called an ‘Ante’. If you think you have a hand that will beat the Dealer’s, you make another bet, which must be exactly double your original Ante.
If you do not think you can beat the Dealer’s hand, you must fold and forfeit your Ante. The Dealer, to continue playing, must have an Ace and King or better.
If the Dealer does not have at least an Ace and King, all Players are paid even money, that is, the same amount as their original Ante. When the Dealer’s hand is an Ace and King or better, you must have a better hand to win.
If you win, payouts are according to the following schedule:
HAND | PAYOUT |
All tables will display a maximum payout sign.
Progressive Jackpot
There is an optional $1 bet you may make at the same time you place your Ante. This qualifies you for the progressive jackpot. If your hand is a Flush, Full House, Four of a Kind, Straight Flush or Royal Flush, you may win large bonuses.
