WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Smart and neat presentation is required at all times and management reserve the right to refuse entry.  As a guideline the following will not be permited into Christchurch Casino:

*  No obvious signs of actual wear and tear on clothing
*  No gang patches or other insignias
*  No t-shirts with offensive designs/words
*  No military clothing unless worn by Military Personnel
*  No beanies/caps or hats to be worn
*  No dirty clothes or dirty footwear
*  No bare feet - footwear must be worn
*  No jandals (thongs), flipflops, beach sandals, crocs or steel capped boots.

HOW DO I JOIN THE PLAYERS CLUB?
Fill out an application form available at the Players Club desk located by the Main Gaming Floor.

Upon joining, you are required to present one of the following forms of identification:
*   NZ Drivers Licence
*   Current Passport
*  NZ Bank issued Visa or Master Card
Your Players Club card will be issued to you immediately.

HOW DO I EARN BONUS POINTS?
Bonus points are earned while you PLAY by inserting your Players Club card in any gaming machine card reader or by presenting your card to table gaming staff. You can also earn bonus points when purchasing food and beverage or Casino merchandise with cash, cheque, eftpos or credit card.

WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY BONUS POINTS FOR?
You can redeem your bonus points for food and beverages from the bars and restaurants in the Casino and receive a 50% discount on the standard price.   Redemptions for cash, Casino merchandise, souvenirs, gift vouchers and special product offers  are available at the Players Club desk located on the Main Gaming Floor.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY BONUS POINTS FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE?
Present your Players Club card at any one of the Casino’s bars and restaurants.

WHAT DINING FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CASINO?
The Casino has two restaurants, The Grand Café and Monza Sports Bar. From contemporary dining in our Grand Cafe restaurant, to great pizzas in our Monza Sports Bar, we offer the best in value and quality food.  If it's a quick bite to eat you're looking for, then Valley Bar with its tempting bar snacks available 24 hours is ideal.  There's something for everyone!

 
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BET ON A TABLE GAME?
$1 bets can be made on the Money Wheel.

WHAT DENOMINATIONS OF GAMING MACHINES DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE AND WHAT COINS/NOTES DO THEY ACCEPT?
1cent, 2cent, 5cent, 10cent, 20cent, 50cent, $1 and $2 gaming machines are available. All gaming machines at Christchurch Casino accept $2 coins as well as $5, $10 & $20 notes.

DO YOU PROVIDE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?
Yes. Christchurch Casino provides a FREE Shuttle service to and from local hotels and motels. It operates from 6pm till 2am daily. Bookings can be made by phoning Casino reception on 365 9999 and selecting option 2.

WHEN IS THE CASINO OPEN?
Christchurch Casino is open seven days a week:  Monday - Thursday 11am to 3am (the following day), and Friday 11am right through the weekend to Monday 3am.
The Casino is closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday, and from 3am - 1pm on ANZAC Day.

DO YOU HAVE TAB FACILITIES?
The Casino has one TAB facility available located opposite the Valley Bar.

 
DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?
The Casino provides over 300 car parking spaces for customers:

Victoria Street carpark:
*  Underground, covered parking
*  Two levels accessible via Victoria Street
*  Casual rate is $5 for up to 24 hours 

Peterborough Street carpark:
*  Ground level well lit outdoor car park
*  Casual rate is $5 for up to 24 hours
